Originally from Montana, Dr. Paul Foster has practiced Emergency Medicine in Texas for more than 15 years. He is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care and believes in treating every patient with kindness, respect, and clear communication.
Outside of work, Dr. Foster enjoys skiing, mountain biking, fly fishing, hiking, playing guitar, and reading. He values an active lifestyle and brings the same dedication and care to his patients every day.
Dr. Adrian Martinez
Medical Director
Dr. Adrian Martinez is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician with extensive experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, and community-based healthcare. A San Antonio native, Dr. Martinez earned his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., before returning to Texas to attend the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston for medical school.
He completed his Emergency Medicine residency through a Columbia University-affiliated program in New York City before returning to Central Texas in 2009. He went on to serve as an attending physician at Brackenridge Hospital, now Dell Seton Medical Center at The University of Texas, where he also held an academic appointment as Assistant Clinical Professor of Emergency Medicine at Dell Medical School.
Over the years, Dr. Martinez has cared for patients across a Level I Trauma Center, freestanding emergency departments, and urgent care clinics throughout Central Texas. His broad clinical experience has equipped him to care for a full spectrum of acute illnesses, injuries, and medical emergencies.
As Medical Director, Dr. Martinez is committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care and expanding access to high-quality urgent care, preventive medicine, and wellness services.
Dr. Hashem Dadoush
Physician
Dr. Dadoush graduated from Damascus Medical School in 1989. After working as a research fellow at Harvard Medical School, he completed a Master’s degree in Public Health at Boston University and began his postgraduate medical training at Yale University in 1992.
In 1999, after earning board certification in Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine, Dr. Dadoush returned to Damascus, his hometown, where he practiced Emergency Medicine. He also worked as a consultant for the Minister of Health, and a program director for Emergency Medicine training program in Almouassat hospital.
In 2011, Dr. Dadoush and his family relocated to Texas. He was selected as Medical Director of the ED at Knapp Medical Center in Weslaco, Texas, a role he held until 2014, when his family moved to Austin, Texas.
While in Austin, he developed a strong interest in substance use disorders and transitioned to full-time practice in Addiction Medicine in 2016, later achieving board certification in Addiction Medicine. During this time, he became increasingly focused on treating patients holistically and developed a passion for Functional Medicine.
Currently, he is working on multiple health-related projects in Syria.
In his spare time, he enjoys exploring the outdoors in Austin with his wife, long distance running, and traveling.

Extensive clinical background in emergency medicine, primary care, STI management / prevention, weight loss, personal injury, home health, infusion therapy, and leadership roles within healthcare organizations.
